AI Safe Initiative DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI, INCLUDING ITS INTERPRETATION OF SCRIPTURE OR DOCTRINAL ACCURACY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN WITH DISCERNMENT AND CRITICAL EVALUATION, AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE PERSONAL STUDY AND ENGAGEMENT WITH SCRIPTURE AND TRADITIONAL CHRISTIAN TEACHINGS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Safe Initiative, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall be initially attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, AI Safe Initiative shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
