The best advice I ever received in my five-decade journey in broadcasting was this: “Focus on your purpose.” For me, that purpose has always been clear—use the power of media to draw people closer to God. Christian radio isn’t just a format; it’s a mission field. At its best, it tells great stories, speaks bold biblical truth, and delivers real hope to real people in real time.
I’ve had the privilege of putting that calling into action across the country—from local stations in Ohio to national networks like Salem Communications and Family Radio.
Along the way, I’ve served as Corporate Brand Manager for Jacor and Clear Channel, Program Director for "Today’s Christian Music Network" and WFFH/Nashville (“94.1 The Fish”), and most recently as Senior Director of Programming at Family Radio. Whether coaching morning show talent, launching seasonal formats like "All Christmas All Season," or refining music libraries to better serve the listener, my aim has remained the same: deliver excellence .
